The interference - responsive photodetector on the basis of gallium arsenide, is intended for electronic registration of space and time allocation of interference fields in the field of their layout. It is intended for operation in interferometers with a basic wavefront set. Area of spectral sensitivity about 1,06 microns.
Interference - responsive photodetector is intended for operation in an meddle infrared spectral range.

|INTERFEROMETER WITH A BASIC WAVEFRONT SET
Intended for electronic measurement of values bound with shift of an interference field in space and time. Difference from known interferometers consists in direct electronic registration of an interference field by means of an interference - responsive photodetector. It is allows to simplify the optical scheme of an interferometer, to reduce its overall dimensions.
